I am concerned that the increased traffic caused by the church's location in Seminary Avenue will be too great for the neighborhood. Cars will be diverted from Seminary Road through Longford and Talley Ho in order to avoid the Falls Road light. There is also the environmental impact on the area. I also feel for the neighbors who live adjacent to the property. They will have to worry about their wells and potential flooding due to the size of the parking lot. They will now have the lovely view of an over a 500+ car parking lot that will most likely have lights. The majority of the neighbors are against this development.

I have been a resident of the area for over 45 years and the traffic is horrible . Over the years with all the new communities Seminary Avenuenwas never Built to accommodate the traffic it currently has 7 days a week and Now you want to put another church in the mix .. go sit on the traffic 7 days a week and you will see it is not a good idea

Perhaps a more appropriate location would be in the large, partially empty building by the Lutherville Light Rail station... better infrastructure for traffic, parking, accessibility, etc.

131 Westbury Rd Lutherville MD 21093. I drive that route at least 3 times a week and traffic is already a nightmare during rush hour. Adding anything that'ss not a house there would cause Seminary Ave to be undrivable...
