I was born & raised in old, Victorian Lutherville, the strength of which has pulled me back. I recently purchased a home off Seminary Ave, and travel its length several times every day. God doesn't want us to develop any more land for it is sacred and we must protect his creation and all living things.

I absolutely hate Grace Fellowship Church. Please God stop this mega church.

The over building over the last two decade's has overwhelmed these country roads. NO! Additional large project's should be allowed until our roads have shoulders and turn lanes accommodate the existing traffic demands. I see back-ups from Falls Rd. to Cleghorn several time a week!!

Why don't they find a vacant warehouse already built and renovate it to what they need. Why tear into a beautiful natural woods when there are so many buildings needing renovation. It would absolutely cause a traffic nightmare! It's already a traffic nightmare morning and evening!

Too much traffic now! It will be backed up on 83. No Mega Churches replacing rare open spaces!!!!!

I completely agree that this would affect water quality and the environment very negatively. In addition, traffic is already becoming congested on Seminary Ave. Development of this tract would create traffic and backup nightmares for current residents of the area. Will all the wooded natural areas that shelter our wildlife disappear here? Stop this development now.
