This is a bad delelopment decision. We are loosing valuable undeveloped enviormently sensitive areas to over development.

Lots of space downtown the city would love to see developed. The need for outreach in the city is much higher than on Seminary Road, I hear the Catholics are closing two campuses and probably will have large spaces with roads and driveways already!

The proposed mega church is entirely unsuitable for the area. As someone long involved in and a parent at St. Paul's School, I know how Baltimore County has previously worked to preserve the area. The County should continue to do so; to approve this plan is destructive.

This potential development is a disaster waiting to happen. How can our neighborhoods support the addition of this major project and a 40 house luxury development at Chestnut Ridge Country Club on wells and septic? Let alone all the additional traffic that will be generated at the failing traffic lights at Seminary and Falls and Seminary and Joppa Roads?
