Why this church keeps on trying to buy land and build this size of a church with an extremely large congregation in a heavily congested traffic and populated area makes no sense. They belong way out in an open area so they can grow and offer so much more to their community. Check out the Community Church in Southern Barrington,Ill. Willowcreek. Smart and growing.

I received a letter from Mr Kach, stating how often " Falls road association refused to talk to church reps. "
Also, where are all of the signs? Could the church people be responsible? And what about the attorney that is handling everything. Represents both sides???
A very sad state of affairs.
I would suggest traffic counters be demanded for Seminary and Falls, Falls and Greenspring, Falls and Joppa, Falls and Padonia. Especially during morning commute and from especially in afternoon and evening.
Cannot begin to think of the water issues and the pervious to impervious surface ratios with 500 plus parking spots.
Perhaps Mr. Kach should look into the church that exists in Shrewsbury and all of the many services and activities they have all day, all week long.
This church DOES NOT belong here!

This church is totally out of line for our neighborhood. It's huge and doesn't serve our neighbors. It already can take Over half an hour to drive the less than one mile from Padonia to Seminary on Falls Rd. The Falls-Seminary intersection is a disaster already!
