I support you guys 100%! Absolutely insane that they expect you to just pay for another semester because THEY have capacity problems. Makes no sense at all.

I have tried to find justice in this organization many times and all the times I got rejected with absurdly explanations. Leiden university is advertised as an international friendly university and IBP as a high-quality programme, however their thrive for number of students (and at the same time tuition fees)
has caused to a ridiculous amount of students rhe university cannot handle as well as rhe city resulting in tragic organizational problems affecting especially the internationals. Their obvious denial of help to many issues that have occurred makes Leiden university unworthy of its reputation.
