Establishment of Presidential and Congressional Term Limits
To return control of the Presidency and Congress of the United States of America to the Citizens an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States shall be enacted and ratified that will establish Term Limitations on the President, Vice-President, Senate, and House of Representatives. All elected officials of the Executive and Legislative Branches of the government of the United States shall be limited to one six (6) year nonconsecutive term of elected service as President, Vice-President, Senator, or member of the House of Representatives. Future ability to serve as an elected member of the Executive or Legislative Branches shall be allowed only after a hiatus of six (6) years from any elected branch of the United States government. Such elected service shall also be exempt from the receipt on any severance or pension following the termination of such service.
