President Obama approves the long awaited Veterans Green Jobs Program that was originally launched in 2012 by ECCO2. Wall Street crooks and the Republicans responsible for the 2013 federal government shutdown caused this program to temporarily end and it effected tens of thousands of Americans, who were counting on this program to support our veterans and military families.
