Dear President Kiska,
as we are aware, the Alliance for Family gathered and presented you enough signature to call a referendum on exclusion the providing any kind of rights for same sex couples in Slovakia. Since accepting of these proposals would violate the fundamental rights of LGBT people in Slovakia, the call for referendum would be unconstitutional. That is why we ask you not to call for the referendum, and initiate the investigation of the referendum proposal by Constitutional Court.
We hope, that Slovakia will respect the fundamental human rights of all citizens, including the LGBT citizens of Slovakia as well.

We must keep the pressure on our representatives to ensure they prioritize human rights over exclusionary referendums.
