On May 30, 2018, AFGE sued the Trump administration in response to one of the three executive orders, which aims to deny workers their legal right to representation at the worksite, take away official time, office space, etc.

AFGE has yet to file a lawsuit or request an injunction regarding the EOs regarding Merit Principles and Performance of Federal Employees, leaving the door wide open for AFGE bargaining units to be vulnerable to favoritism, nepotism, cronyism, discrimination, and false allegations of poor performance and conduct, without a grievance or arbitration process. The lack of action is a major concern for our membership as representation is the primary reason for joining AFGE and that of affiliation, with all our Sisters and Brothers standing together!

Members want to know that we are fighting for them. They will respect our best efforts but will not tolerate our failure to fight at all!

Please file a lawsuit and an injunction regarding the Trump Executive Order Regarding Merit Principles and Performance of Federal Employees!

What are we paying dues for if the leadership just sits on their hands? File the suit already. We need protection from this garbage.

DO YOUR JOBS. This is exactly why morale is in the basement. Fight for us or why are you even there?
