I have finalized the formal briefing document for the Title IX office to review. Our next phase involves a series of requested meetings with university administrators to press for specific policy changes.
October 20, 2017
The volume of support has reached a level where the university administration can no longer ignore our request for a formal meeting. I am currently drafting a letter to President Armstrong to request a sit-down session to review our specific policy demands.

Cal Poly following the Title IX requirements, as they used to be defined, was one of the few things that brought me any sort of peace after my assault. You owe it to your students to reassure them that you will continue to support and believe survivors, and make sure they have equal access to a safe learning environment without fear of retaliation from their attackers

Thank you for making this petition! President Armstrong absolutely should make a statement.
