This has created an environment that has led to poor breeding practices and diluted the breed to the point where a shrinking portion of the "Bullys" actually adheres to the original Standard of the breed. The purpose of this petition is to make a statement to the ABKC, and the statement is that as the governing body over the breed, we believe that they should enforce the original standard and eliminate this amendment.
