I want the county for once to do what is right, not what is best for their pockets. I counted 43 cars at 5:30 pm as I sat in my driveway waiting to pull out onto Paul Samuel Rd. And mind this is a 35 mph road not 60 as the cut through cars think.

I have resided in Cobb County for more than fifty years and I oppose rezoning of any property to Z-46. Rezoning will add more traffic to the overcongested road system we have.

We are aware that property owners are entitled to sell and/or develop their property, however it should be done responsibility within the guidelines set forth by the 2015 Cobb Comprehensive Plan.

Our classrooms are already crowded. Approving the construction of yet another neighborhood will only make it worse. The majority of people who live in West Cobb choose to do so because we do not want to live in a high density community.

Vote NO rezoning - Traffic is already horrible and we have had several SPLOST bills where we pay for road improvements not the builders. There is no more space for better roads.

Developers need to stop ruining communities by over developing every available piece of green space. There are so many factors in play: the ecosystem, traffic, and schools, among the top three.

I just moved so we could be at the hillgrove high school I will not send my child to Harrison! Keep it the way it is!!!!!

“I am a resident of District One (Northwest Cobb), and I want the current zoning to remain unchanged, as the property owner can develop the parcel as it is. While any development impacts current infrastructure and schools, developing it per the rezoning application will add stress on our school budget, overload our existing roads, damage our historical and archeological sites, and set precedent for future increased housing density. I urge the Cobb County Planning Commission and the Cobb County Board of Commissioners to: Vote “No” on Application Z-46 for an INCREASED High Density Zone change; and, Adhere to the 2013 Future Land Use Plan as it stands to preserve the character of this area. Doing so will serve to retain the long-term attractiveness of West Cobb as a less congested and more attractive place to live and work.”
