I am a junior at camas high school and I believe letter grades and percentage gives us a better understanding of what our grade is and it is more traditional

My grandsons go to school in the Camas School District. Grading must be universally understood for students to be able to be competitive universally

I am very concerned and we will most likely pull out of district if standard based grading happens at the high school level. If this is not the case, I would like the district to be transparent with families soon.

Our kids do not need to be experimented on. Camas has a reputation for amazing schools. Let’s not lose this because we are trying something.

As a former teacher I think this is a bad plan. It needs to be much better thought out and the community opinions definitely listens to.

Standards based grading is not a fair grading system and is very difficult to measure. Traditional grading works and is fair and is measurable.
