As an avid hiker, I appreciate everyone’s desire to get out and enjoy what CT nature has to offer. But the fact remains that we as residents have numerous places to hike, to walk, to mountain bike, etc, but only one option for off-road motorcycling not counting Pachaug State Forest which requires a street legal registration. I am dumbfounded at the desire to take away the only legal place to ride when it is clearly not necessary. Please consider my signature as a vote against this proposal . Thank you.

Get the kids off the couch and iPad. Allow family’s to have outdoor activities and learn a sport in a legal environment. Plenty of walking trails and tracks for pedestrians to walk.

Removing the ability to ride here will just put more people using off road vehicles on the city streets. If you dont give people a place to ride legally they WILL ride it illegally.

Anybody can walk anywhere. We need a place open to Recreational riding. We already pay taxes to the state for riding areas and trail use. Now they want to take them away!!
DON'T LET THEM TAKE AWAY RECREATIONAL RIDING AREAS!!
