We need to keep the historical look, feel, and original structures intact!!! This is what makes our neighborhood so unique in such a rapidly developing city. #BedStuyForever!

This building harkens back to the horse and buggy era and is too much a part of this neighbor to change it. This neighborhood has a special feeling and this building is very much a part of that feeling, that style, that character.

Thank you! As a child raised on Halsey Street, I fully support this.

Development must be contextual and mindful. Too much of what is happening in BedStuy right now is neither.

I live just one block away from this development, and am concerned about the impact it will have on street traffic (I have two young children and already fear for their safety walking near the street), parking and resources. Additionally, I am concerned that the design will not fit in with its historic surroundings.

Please keep halsey street landmark status intact

Landmarking needs to be respected. Large multi-dwelling construction needs to include parking.

As a resident of a neighboring block, I'm strongly concerned about how the neighborhood would be affected by adding 39 housing units into our tightknit community. Turning an important parking option into all residential, with the on-street parking implications, as well as the general congestion, is a serious concern.

In a age of information, ignorance is a choice .

Do not allow developers to change the look of the Stuyvesant Heights historic district for the financial gain of the developer

Let's not allow another developer to decide what happens to a landmarked building in our neighborhood. We want the integrity of this landmarked building to be maintained.
