Enough with the "development" already: the Visconti debacle still rankles, especially now that Walgreen's owns Rite Aid, too.

This is a hidden treasure. From the road it looks like sticks but inside it's a garden of eden that should be protected by the City. Aquifer recharge, wetlands and habitat, large trees, there's a better use for the property than a bunch of houses. People will thank the City in future generations for preserving this place.
