Selena's suffered such a tragedy. Tejo music has never ever been the same. She deserves a legacy because she never got the chance to start a family. She was just making it big in America. Selena's boutique can be used for good as her legacy so she can live on.

I think this building should be a historic place cause although she has been gone for 21 yrs SHES MADE A GREAT IMPACT on young girls a very GREAT role model. to kids who never met her.

She worked too hard to open this boutique back in the day, keep her dream alive and save this place...

Even though the boutique is closed, the building itself shouldn't be demolished. It's a historic exhibit in Corpus Christi!

This building meant so much to Selena and now it means a lot to us . It represents one of the few things left that she loved that she took part in choosing .

I love Selena and this building stands for what she was dreamt of and worked for . It also symbolizes many of the things she accomplished in life. Now we have her music, boutique landmark, memorial statue, the museum with her family and prized possessions, MAC collection, Madame Tussaud's Hollywood wax figure, Texas women's hall of fame, and last but not least a Star in Hollywood!! Keeping this will allow people to go and take a picture in front of it to feel special that they get to share a memory of what it's like to visit a place she was very present at

Selena is an icon of American and Mexican music...let her never be forgotten!
