If you combine the School's the town of Richwood will fade away, the children who struggle in a small class room will be lost in a large one, The one on one time with a teacher and student will be harder. Why punish the student's who have already lost so much. FEMA gave money for 3 School's to be rebulit, NOT to combine and build one large School.

Our taxes. Our schools. FEMA money is not a cash windfall for a bunch of land developers. Its purpose is to restore a flood ravaged community.
