Great traditions at Richwood. I got a valuable education and had a great sports experience. It got me and a whole lot of others ready to make contributions to society in our adult lives.

I agree with the statements in the petition and want to see the superintendent's recommendation reconsidered. I am a taxpayer in Nicholas County and feel strongly that smaller schools are what is best for the student's overall education.

well iv run this threw my mind a 1,000 time and more bigger schools will lose kids in corners the kids will end up not getting a chance to even get better weather it be sports or classroom work to much it to littel i hope that makes sence cause it does to me......

Just Say NO to consolidation,
Consolidation means kids who get to participate in sports now may be left out if schools are Consolidated , leave the schools as they are Lumberjacks & Grizzlys , and leave Lumberjacks in Richwood , don't victimize the kids by taking more away from them ...................

Think of the children education. I know our county has suffer with the coal industry and now the flooding. But dont let our children suffer. If you want to keep our children from leaving WV then we need to given them the education and the state needs to focus on jobs keeping them here.
