I do not agree with the expansion. Let's make sure we get the facts straight though, the rental units that we currently have DO pay taxes, hence the reason why they are allowed in the district. Their rent includes the taxes owed or landlords here would go broke. I agree with the overcrowding portion but renters ALWAYS pay taxes, I should know I am a landlord.

This is a terrible idea. It ruins the integrity of ths town. We pay a premium in taxes to live here and send our children to our schools. I don't want my tax dollars to support families in rental units who will not be paying into the school system and overcrowding our schools,. As it is, I hardly drive into town because of lack of parking and traffic. This will ruin our wonderful town.
