I have often enjoyed using this park as part of my morning walk. It would be a tremendous loss to our community to lose access due to it not being maintained and installing a bridge over the stormwater drain would ensure inclusivity of access.

The area in question has significantly diminished over a period of time. When we moved to cairngorm street 9 years ago it was well maintained even to the point where families were having picnics. Let’s get it back to these days Paul McGuire

Exercise is important. This is an opportunity for council to come to the party in not only keeping a community heathy and active. But to enhance living standards for locals.

This is a valuable space and I can't see any valid reason for it not to be maintained.

This space should continue to be well maintained, the community effort was amazing and needed since council didn’t upkeep it very frequently. This space is heavily used but the community and also a necessity considering it backs onto the reservation to minimise snakes and other wildlife coming into our yards and potential being harmed buy dogs etc. someone had rats nearby and to stop this areas just need to be well maintained!

As being residents of Carrara since 1987 this area is vital, my husband used to ride down there when he was a child and when we moved into the family home our own children used to ride t hrough it and access the fields to play. Stopping a citizen from doing something helpfull to the community is a big part of what is wrong with society now. The council enviromental section are either under staffed or it's contracted to another company which aren't doing their job. Prime example is the clean up after the christmas storms. I can't see how land not owned by the complaintents or the body corporate of the complex could have such pull to get this person fined if he didn't stop doing it.

I live/own one of the units that backs onto this land and am really upset this has happened. It has not only ruined a beautiful park for people to enjoy, but I am now concerned for my daughter and dogs as we are going to start getting alot of snakes on our property. This should be a concern for council and it really should be upkept for that reason. I am hoping council take this seriously and something is done to keep this land maintained.

We should be extended this park, not discouraging people to not use it.
