I strongly believe in equality however the way things are being handled these days are not the correct way of doing business. To say history promotes hate and terror is a very ignorant ideology and very disgraceful to our country. Yes we should eliminate hate but to confuse hate with history is shameful.

This marker is dedicated to Americans that died in war fighting for what they believed in. Whether you agree with what they believed in or not they were Americans that died fighting. Leave it alone.

The Confederacy and civil war had nothing to do with slavery, it was all a matter of money and the federal government interfering with states economics. These monuments need to stay up, they aren't racist nor a racial icon.
