We, the below-listed individuals, agree with and support the following Vision Statements for the parcel of State Trust Land (Section 23, T20N, R3E) located between Fox Farm Road and the Missouri River and adjacent to Grizzly Drive: .
- The above-referenced parcel of State Trust Land should be dedicated and preserved as open space for present and future generations of residents throughout the Great Falls region.
- This site should be a destination area for recreational and educational activities while smart growth occurs around it.
- By virtue of its status as virgin prairie, its potentially unique historical and cultural worth, and its diverse animal habitat, this land is highly suitable for education purposes and should be so used.
This great open space of public land is a hidden jewel in our back yard that many people in Great Falls are learning about and using every day! We need to keep this land and the over quarter mile of Missouri River frontage available to the PUBLIC and as OPEN SPACE!
