Tell the Board of Supervisors that our quiet residential creek is the wrong place for new public water access. Jackson Creek is for working watermen, quiet anchorage, kids playing, and restful dockage, not a 1.3-mile expressway to the Piankatank. The County surprised us all with its land purchase on Paradise Lane, but it’s not too late to undo the damage. Tell them we don’t want this development, and to sell this land and put the money to better use.
