When new residents buy/move into an establishment community it becomes harassment when the new resident engages in tactics to erase a pre established culture, and publicly criticizes the established homeowners vintage home. Harassment in these forms becomes scare tactics.

We love our community, we do no mind updating our community, however these builders are ruining the look of the community by realigning the front of the home to dwarf our current homes. This makes the neighborhood look uneven and bad.

I was born and raised there and am proud of the history and culture of Elm Thicket. Those who are bothered by us wanting to preserve our heritage should live elsewhere.

It's horrible how you can try to destroy and change a community.

I Grew up in this Neighborhood. It has always been a community. It has its ups and downs, But was always family. It is unthinkable what is happening to OUR Community.
