This situation is completely out of control . The town of Dennis needs to vigorously enforce regulations. Resident 14 OK Avenue Dennis.

This is not the beach I grew up on. This type of activity would never be allowed 20 years ago, but somehow it is now. We need to stop condoning illegal and inappropriate behavior.

Patrol the beach at the end of Horsefoot Path. That area is where the excessive drinking takes place. That area may technically a town landing, but in face, it is a town beach! Stopping the patrols at 5:00 pm shows a lack of understanding of the reality of the problem.

I believe raising the parking fee to $75-$100 per day might limit crowds, along with no ferrying of people on buses.

I personally have seen people urinating in the dunes , smoking pot, doing funnels of beer , blasting Brazilian music and other bad behavior. They need more police officers helping the parking attendants too. Those kids are too young to deal with the baloney that is occurring. I have also had people leave their cars on my property without my authorization. Just leave their cars . We have owned for 13 years at 37 horsefoot path and have seen things get worse and worse. I am concerned our property values will deteriorate . It's not the same place.

What's happening locally does not represent our community. We want to protect our children, our families and the reputation of our community.

The report in cape cod times on what went on July 4th was disgusting, final straw, stronger enforcement!!!

I saw people two Sunday's ago near the lifeguard station with a full on Webber grill with coals trash out of control also the parking girls need police with them at all times not fair to put them in that position to direct traffic and deal with the rude crazy people

Please stop allowing drop offs at Bayview Beach, as this is supposed to be a resident beach, not just a resident parking lot. Cars should need a sticker to enter the lot.
