Arundel has a population of under 4000 we do not need any more retirement accommodation as we already have 5 blocks of retirement flats. 5/6 retirement bungalows and a home for those who need more care. What is needed is affordable one/two bedroom flats and houses.

This development is too large and has inadequate parking which is already a major problem in the Town

The construction of this ugly proposal would also convert Arundel into a guetto for OAP's and bring more economic ruin to the town.
