My husband and I were married here and it holds very dear memories for us. We suggested otger couples also have their ceremony there. Please don't turn it into a restaurant.

There is plenty of space at NTC/Liberty Station for restaurants and venues, please let this chapel be. Is nothing sacred anymore? :(

These historic buildings were supposed to be preserved! I am sure when Corky McMillan was practically “given” all that land, no one ever considered the church would ever be anything but a church! This is an outrage not to mention sac religious! My sister and I were both married there! The stained glass is beautiful! Please don’t let them turn this house of the Lord into anything other than what it was intended for!

This building has an incredible history to those of many faiths here in Point Loma. With all the commercial development in Liberty Station and the issues that has caused to the local community this building should be deeded as a gift to the community as a thank you. It would make an excellent community meeting space.

The North Chapel public use for wedddings, memorials and concerts in its current form must be maintained to honor those who served our country and to maintain the historic use.

+JMJ+ To Whom This May Concern, Please reconsider your goals for this piece of real estate, this hub of a devout community, this reference point for so many souls, so many families, this home of God Himself, this church. No one will remember the sea bass they had at a restaurant on their deathbed, but they will certainly remember the church they spent years going to to save their souls and that of their families. Churches are good for the whole community as well. A quick buck can be made in many places, restaurants peak and dry up in around 10 years. Churches can last centuries. Be part of the long haul. God bless you.

This is ridiculous does Corky need more property this is our heritage! I grew up in Pt Loma and the Navy Base don’t take away another part of it especially the Chapel!Preserve it!
