I traveled all the way from Florida to experience this amazing hand built spot nestled away in the woods of pflugerville Texas. It would be a shame for the community to lose it!

To whom this may concern,
As a fellow BMXer I am hoping you reconsider you intial plan of getting rid of the Tejano Dirt Jumps. These jumps may not mean much to most people but to these guys and to all the fellow BMXers not just in the city or Pflugerville but in Texas and all over this country I can assure you they are priceless. It's more than just a hobby to some of us, it's an escape, it's a passion that we share together. They weren't built over night, they took blood sweat and tears.

The trails have been there for 12+ years and are an asset to the community...just like skate parks, ball fields, and playgrounds. Save the trails!

This is silly! No one rides bikes during a flood... let us keep the jumps!

Don’t remove these trails only to let the land sit with no purpose. These trails take up a minimal amount of land needed to fit the purposes of FEMA. To be honest the diggers involved with these trails have not only contributed to the removal of trash that would have negative effects on the land but have shaped this place into a open and welcoming community in which the appreciation of nature is recognized and taught to the next generation. These trails do not present a negative impact to the environmental system of this land but improve it and develop the concept of appreciation for what nature provides. Leave this spot how it is and come out and join the experience to see for yourselves.
Thank you.

These trails, pump track and all are so good for the community. They provide a place to exercise, a location for community to develop and a gateway to a lifelong love of the outdoors. Destroying these as opposed to nurturing and supporting them is a detriment to Pflugerville and the greater community.

It's just some piles of dirt in a flood plain. No harm done. Already has a sign waiving texas from liability
