For those who don't know who i am,Denver CO has me as Germaine Jello Wallace.In Nov 2010 i was charged with pimping,pandering, and guns.Later sexual assault,failure to register as a sex offender and animal cruelity were added. All charges were forged by police and DA,while my attorney,Harvey Steinberg,and the judge sat back and allowed this to happen!Pimping,sexual assault,and pandering are in denver court,but denver does not have jurisdiction over the sexual assault if it supposedly took place in Castle Rock! That is a douglas county charge,not Denver.Drugs,guns,failure to register as a sex offender and animal cruelity are in douglas county. I had co-defendants that were charged also for pimping,and the charges were dismissed.The DA lied to the media,stating that germaine was found guilty in Florida for sexual assault,and they lied about many other things in the case.If Germaine is guilty of anything!he's guilty of bringing an exotic pet to denver,that the police left on the property,and didnt bother to charge Germaine with.I'm not good with copy and pasting links so decide for yourself go to [email protected] for e-mail or JermaineJelloWallace on facebook.
