To the Devs,

Firstly we want to say that Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes is a really great game! It's a great idea and, for the most part, very well done.

However there is one area where it falls down badly, and that's the mods. They are a great idea and add a lot of depth to the game, but they've been implemented badly. A lot of players find them confusing and a pain to use.

This could be easily fixed though.

Introduce pre save/load mod sets, in the same way you've done with squads.

This would enable players to experiment and refine their mod sets in order to get the most out of their characters and lead to a greater understanding of mods.

With pre saved mod sets we would be able to experiment and then revert back to the original mod set if our experiments didn't work out.

Multiple mod sets (at least two) per character would be ideal, that way we could compare different mod sets or have mod sets for different areas of the game, ie one for arena and one for raids.

Mod sets would also eradicate that last real grind in the game, mod swapping for raids. This is a real pain and seriously detracts from the fun of raiding.

Also, having a Clear All button and making mods that have already been equipped to a member of the team your modding greyed out when modding the rest of that squad (these mods would be available for any other character not in that squad) would be helpful.

Some have said that you won't do this because it would mean players would spend less on mods as they would just swap their best mods between characters, but we don't think that would be the case, we will always want mods with better stats and having a better understanding of mods and having them easier to use would make them more fun to use and we think this would get players to invest more in mods, not less.

It would be better for the players AND better for your profits.

So please introduce pre save/load mod set ASAP.
