I am angry that I am just hearing about this now. the school is not for rent. This should have been open up to the community to have discussion and then if continued decided where the best place should be. Not in the middle of the blue pod. If the last preschool was in the red pod then that is where this preschool should be housed.

It is very disappointing to hear how this major change is being rolled out. There seems to be a lack of planning and respect for entire Pine Bush community.

There needs to be more discussion and the needs of the children and school HAVE to come first. I am sure a plan to meet all needs can occur if everyone can be heard.

Honestly, I'm incredibly suspicious about what went on behind closed doors regarding this matter. To compromise the security, financial integrity, and convenience of the kids, parents, and tax payers for the not even economical amount of money being paid by Victory is a matter of great concern. Especially because the decision was made hush-hush and prematurely voted on at a meeting when it was schedule for a later date, and parents and interested parties are now being ignored or turned away when they bring up their questions and concerns about the decision. I really hope this petition causes the school board to remember that it is their duty and responsibility to hear out the parents and be transparent, especially when obviously suspicious and questionable decisions are causing distress.

Our children's safety, learning environment and general well-being are the most important things to be considered. Making so many changes and adjustments that are only in the interest of the Victory Daycare, and not in the interest of our own schools, is not in keeping with consideration for our children and students first. Displacing long-standing teachers and classes for the sake of an outside entity that has no real interest or stake in our school district or community ought to be out of the question.

The safety, education and well being of our children should be at the forefront of every decision made by the board of education. Looking into this contract they pushed through, and all that goes along with it, that was clearly not the driving force behind this decision. I am happy to do all I can to stand with my fellow parents, teachers, and community to make our voices heard. Parents should not be left in the dark when it comes to decisions made for our children.

For the little amount of money the school district will receive this seems
like a tremendous amount of changes, displacement, and most importantly disruption of our children's learning!
