Praying with Notre Dame Students on April 17 at 2 PM EDT

We need to honor Catholics that are willing to stand up for Catholic Beliefs.

Thank you to all the students for standing up to the Administraion for their terrible decision to honor Joe Biden. You are all in my prayers and please know you have the support of thousands of almuni, parents, and Catholics across the country

Notre Dame has failed us and betrayed Father Sorin's vision and our Lady.

I will stop contributing money to Notre Dame.

I am filled with hope in the knowledge that a remnant of faithful Catholics exists and is strong within the student body (as well as faculty and staff) at my beloved University. Know of our prayers for you! May God continually be praised in and through you!!

I pray God will bless all who defend Life at all stages. I further pray that Vice President Biden and all who advocate for abortion will one day realize that every time an abortion is performed a human life is lost.

Regrettably the award by the administration to Biden showcases how misguided they have become and how out of step they are with the historic catholic values of the university we love. So disappointed in Fr. Jenkins.. God bless the students in their protest.

It's time Notre Dame stood for it's Catholic values and represented those values in the public square.

I stand with those opposed to Notre Dame giving an award to Mr. Biden. I pray that the prayer session causes a reversal of that wrong decision by Fr. Jenkins.

How can a Catholic University give an award to a man who has championed legal abortions in this country.

Good for you to stand strong for moral principles. Notre Dame students are not sheep to blindly follow campus authority. It's a lifelong quality to be able respect authority, but always question it and assess it against principle. God Bless.

Biden should not be calling himself a 'Catholic' - please keep up the good work

Many thanks to Notre Dame's students for standing on well-founded principles, and for the courage to speak out on behalf of the sacred blessing of life that the Lord bestows on humankind. I will be with you in prayer.

This award is beyond understanding.

We need to oust John Jenkins and send him back to the seminary for additional schooling on what it means to be a CATHOLIC priest.

One can not be Catholic and pro-choice. It is just not right!
