I do not agree with the Wake County Public School System\'s Base Reassignment AND Magnet Drafting Realignment plan for the 2008-2009 School Year as it pertains to Powell GT Elementary School. The board will hold public hearings Tuesday, January 15 at Sanderson High; Thursday, January 17 at Green Hope High and Thursday, January 24 at Middle Creek High. Each public hearing will be held from 7-9 p.m.

Seriously? Another reassignment? The board needs to listen to the families instead of just looking at spreadsheets. So frustrated.

My son loves his teachers at Powell. Why would you break up such a good community for a map change? Leave our kids alone
