Good day Sir, we humbly request a postponement of the forthcoming departmental election, which is scheduled to take place on Friday 7th November, 2025.

As students in the department, we are aware of the importance of conducting fair and transparent elections. However, we humbly request that the election be postponed due to majority vote of us not being on the group meant for the election after several requests from us to be added and was denied vividly which will deny our rights to vote.

We believe that postponing the election will allow for adequate preparation, ensure student participation, and maintain the integrity of the electoral process.

We kindly request that you consider our request and provide an alternative date for the election.
