I just spent an hour looking over the budget documents again and the confusion is honestly staggering because so much feels hidden in the fine print. People keep messaging me saying they have no idea where this money is actually going and the board has been weirdly quiet about those specific line items lately.

I was just looking at the total and realized we are staring down the barrel of two hundred and fifty signatures which feels like the exact right time to make sure Chris actually listens to us about this giant plan. Can you ping your friends or that group chat you have going because I really think if we get this number up right now we might actually force them to pause the vote.

We are nudging right up against that one hundred mark which feels like a real threshold for how serious the board takes us. If you know someone who has been sitting on the fence about this plan please nudge them to sign now because the clock is ticking and I honestly think they are just waiting to see us waver.

Is this board really going to ignore a simple request for more information by 275 members (including fellow board members)?
In the best interests of all, I respectfully request that the board reconsider this decision-- it's never too late to demonstrate leadership.

I am mostly concerned that the cost will be on the backs of members already slated to pay for renovations to tennis and golf in the near future? Why aren't social members sharing in this cost if they use the clubhouse?

We feel a lot can be done to improve the existing facilities without having to spend capital dollars. The board should challenge themselves and the area managers to develop ideas/events/sales to excite the members to spend more time and money at the club.

Savor 60 was rejected - seems like the board and management is pushing forward with plans that do not accurately reflect the interests/desires of membership. I am often told "this is your club." Don't feel that way at the moment.

To keep adding debt to already existing debt for improvements that are not proved to be needed or wanted appears to be irresponsible. Let's postpone the vote until concerns and questions members have can be clarified.

As a former Finance Committee Member and Real Estate construction professional I would like to have a voice in the plans and not just rely on the few trying to force this on the membership without due process of thought and planning.Thank you.

Deferred maintenance should be included in the renovations or completed before renovations are considered.
