Brave Frontier,

I, and possibly many others, have experienced a bug that caused unit types to change. In my situation, this type-change has not occurred during evolution; it has occurred after the Brave Frontier app crashed and froze several times, with messages of "Unexpected Error" and "NOTFOUND_USER" popping from time to time. I have conversed with Brave Frontier via request #841093, and the only “solution” to the issue is that there is nothing that can be done, that the Brave Frontier system cannot possibly change unit types (unless during evolution in which there is a very slim chance of units’ type changing)—this response and “help” is truly and utterly disappointing, as in my case, the “system” has changed my units’ types.

What is mind-boggling is how the “system” is able to hand out units via special serial code (e.g. Megurine Luka during collaboration with Hatsune Miku) and special events like the Level Up Campaign (e.g. Anima Mifune rewarded at for reaching Lv. 12, and Anima Shida at Lv. 32). Can’t this type of “method” be used as a solution?

Further looking into this issue, it seems like one of the only way of remedying type changes in units is to introduce the rumored Frogs that have the ability to alter unit types.

There are possibly many fellow Summoners out there that are experiencing or have experienced this unpleasant issue, and often we Summoners do not get the help and solution we need to get our concerns fixed.

The release of “type-changing” Frogs would truly be one of other possible solutions that would be greatly appreciated.
