Let's make a safety change at Rural Railway crossings

It's 2015.... EVERY level crossing should have boomgates and / or flashing lights.

My sympathy with those who lost their loved ones. They can't be replaced but safety improvements can further be replaced with more robust controls. I recommend to have extra flashing lights 50-100m before the railway crossings as an extra precaution.

I lost my husband to a train they should have lights on all crossings

No family should be without their Father, specially through a tragedy that can be avoided through a few simply changes

Nobody needs to die or be injured on rail crossings, so spend some money on important things like this and many other crossings instead of lining your own pockets with pay rises.

JUST DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

All country rail crossing need to have flashing lights and boom gate, the cost to do so will be less then the loss of another life

RIP Really need to do something about these crossings I have had a close call and it is really frightening.

I think it should be were all RR crossing light should have arms n 2 set of lights one back about 600 ft n one about 50 ft

How many times does this need to happen. I've lost 3 members Of my family though this type of accident

would like to see more boom gates & flashing lights at rail crossings . Also roads made wider on regular b double road train routes . AND POT HOLES !
