Do not use this site for landfill and certainly do not allow this to happen without a geological survey being done, but above all else do not allow any development of this site without first getting full financial guarantees from the leaseholder.

Keep it as an unspoilt coastal public amenity please. It is not even viable as a golf course! Which would result in the golf company going bust and the liquidated assets being sold to surprise surprise ... a housing developer.

I am very worried about the level of traffic and disruption on Nore Rd. Work on a number of current development shows the problem. I also support other comments concerning land fill, the loss of a public amenity and, as a golfer, I would never see this small area as suitable for a viable golf course

Landfill generates large amounts of income. Who will benefit from this income? Could it possibly be the Council Tax payers, without deduction of 'administrative fees'?
