I have just become aware of the proposal for the golf course on Nore road and can think of nothing worse!!!!

Discussing that this piece of land will be landfill or possibly eventually built on. Landfill should be stopped as surely it may pollute the sea eventually , devalue houses around the site, traffic will be difficult around the area with access and most of all, it's a beautiful, unspoiled piece of land! Portishead has had its fair share of change, this isn't one of them that should change for the better . Please do the decent thing and leave this land to nature and the enjoyment of the people of Portishead.

our town has been changed enough the area is beautiful and needs no alteration. By building up the area it would cause hazards of land.mudslides etc. it is an area of outstanding natural beauty leave it alone.

I regularly visit friends in Portishead. The proposed site ia a valuable recreation area. It provides residents and visitors with a valuable facility which encourages peoople to walk.

this planning application should be rejected. The work is not necessary how much of a back was he given to take away the debris!

we have used this area for the last 12 years. Whilst I support the area to be used as a golf course I don't believe this should be exclusive to those playing golf and I dont agree with levelling the area.
