We, the undersigned, as residents and frequent visitors to the Las Vegas area, are tired of the poor excuses for Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches and other splendid Chicago food. The large and growing number of Chicago-area expatriates would guarantee a stable pool of steady customers, while exposing the wonder that is Portillo's to a global tourist community. Bonus points if there's a Barnelli's too.
