I would like to petition to make it illegal to send links that lead to pornographic materials illegal. It is already illegal to distribute pornographic materials to minor but if a link is sent it is not considered a crime. Someone sent a link to my 13 year old child via a facebook friend request. Thankfully I am a proactive parent that is deligent about monitering my child's online activities and intercepted the message before he got it. Some links are misleading makin the children unaware they are about to go to a pornographic website. This is just another way that online predators get to our kids. As a parent I believe that sending links to pornographic material is the same same as sending the actual pornographic images themselves. the law needs to reflect this
