We, the residents of Mill Creek Subdivision, are protesting the POOL RULE #4. The zero entrance pool was one of the things that attracted us to this neighborhood. It has now been taken away from families with diapered children based on rule #4. This rule is forbidding our diapered children from swimming in the main (family) pool. Making it so that we are not able to enjoy the amenities provided by the association. We are expecting a RULE CHANGE that will allow our diapered children to swim in the the main pool with swim diapers. If such a change is not met, we expect any fees associated with the main pool to be DEDUCTED from our association dues. We expect a resolution to the above requests by April 15, 2010.
