Save our Pool Toys at Heritage Hills

How about noon to 3 for toys, quiet time after? Why should kids not have fun!

all these rules are becoming disturbing. Who is harmed by a child playing with swim toys?

I live in HH and it's really showing it's anti family side again. When is the board going to see that all members including the children have the right to enjoy the place. This board must see that all people of all ages living here must have a fair chance to use the entire complex just as everyone else. When are the members with families finally going to stand up and say enough is enough

Pool 3 gets too cold due to its continuous shade. For parents with heart conditions, it is not always safe to accompany/participate with our children in that pool.

The current toys allowed are minimal. By only allowing any toys in one pool, we are not making HH a family friendly enviornment. In addition, we are asking for overcrowding of both pool#3 and it's parking lot,

As the subject of a child discrimination case many years ago regarding pool rules, I thought HH had learned its lesson. Sorry this issue has reared its ugly head again. Hoping for another successful outcome.

The Society Board needs to recognize that young families and children are a part of our community and that the voices of young children at play actually adds to the quality of life. We should be encouraging rather than discouraging the use of our pools by young families and by older adults who choose to bring their grandchildren to our pools

Heritage Hills has many more children and grandchildren than previously. We need to adapt to this reality. It's refreshing to watch children enjoy themselves.

i have grandchildren that use the pool. they are well behaved and also use pool toys. the older generation should enjoy seeing the children. its the best time of your life being a grandparent.

I have rented here since the end of 2014 with my 6 year old daughter to see if I liked HH before committing to buy here. Since I have found HH to be anything but child-friendly, I have no desire to buy here. The least HH can do is to make children feel welcome at all pools. The 1 - 4:00 rule is a fair compromise for all.

Residents, young and old, should be able to enjoy their pools with their noodles and pool toys and not just within a 1-4 time period.

Let's keep toys in all of the pools.

I agree we need more than 1 kid pool & maybe an all adult pool, I think noodles should be allowed at all pools all the time. It is a disgrace how children are treated here especially by the older residents at the pool, they are part of this community too. Change is long over due here!

Give All children the opportunity to enjoy summer vacation swimming with pool toys.

H. Hills is no longer a "retirees' community" (and legally never has been). There are now well over 100 youngsters in here attending local schools. We should welcome the young folk, not restrict them.

I think everyone should be able to bring a noodle into the pools; regardless of age ! I would like to use one also .

I echo the comment about being more kid-friendly. Please remember that those of us with children are also property owners and we have the same rights as all other residents.

I agree with the exception of diving toys as I believe diving is not permitted. The depth of the pools is too shallow to allow this. Pool toys are fine for kids and adults in my opinion...as long as they do not interfere with the ability of other swimmers to enjoy the pools.

We need to be inclusive of our community members.
