we also need shade at pool 3 the same as pool 1 and 4 should have done this when they were fixing the pool- having all the pools accommodate the young and old alike - should not be offensive to anyone - no one is wanting garbage or mayhem at the pools and seeing pool 1 with the children there was no disruption or unruly conduct - parents don't want their children to run wild - I am a senior in HH and I find the comment of AnonE.Mouse ridiculous - I have seen seniors more offensive with their behavior then the children

p.s....the signature count is @ 200..is that counting those that have signed multiple times, along with those who don't even live in HH? This is an HH issue, don' t bring outsiders in to bolster your numbers...

To address a few misconceptions...Adults may use noodles during pool hours with a physicians note. Next, people who complain, health-wise that there is too much shade @ Pool 3 obviously haven't been there, as most of the "offending shade" has been removed (along with the trees that provided it). People, as a whole don't like "rules" of any sort, let's just have anarchy & let any safegurds fall by the wayside...eat, drink & be merry, flaout rules, eat @ the pools, strew your garbage wherever, its a free country, right? Lastly, there are about 6,000 residents here (of which certainly 50% are NOT children). So, to service these 6,000 individuals, instead of 5 adult pools, let's build a total of 20 MORE pools. Then, let's grade them age-appropiately (1-5 y.o., 7-11 y.o....etc. up to octegenarins) & while we're at it, hire a couple hundred more lifeguards to do the job. Also, let ALL people use the pools as guests, invite your relatives from Montana to come as well, no more sign-in sheets. To fund all this, raise our Society dues & Common charges to, oh, about $30,000/person/month. Problem solved! Now, what' the next molehill we can turn into a MOUNTAIN? Got a life, anyone??

I agree completely with this petition. Not allowing toys or noodles at all but one pool is ridiculous. If residents don't want to swim with children perhaps switch it around and one adults only pool and make the others for ALL residents who pay the same homeowners dues as everyone else.

We want this community to be desirable to young families otherwise our investments will be worthless...we must support their needs and make every effort to make this community our units more attractive more up to date and change rules that are outdated and no longer apply to those we want to move in and already live here....
we have to think forward not backwards!!

I was a resident of HH for almost 9 years this July but do to outgrowing my unit & all the rules & changes to HH I've moved out & thow I miss many things & my friends the rules of the pools are ridiculous at times we the residents & are children love the pools but the rules make it very hard to enjoy the summer I'm hoping they make changes for current & future residents

H H . Perhaps one pool should be put aside for those residents who don't want to swim with children .
