I am against any changes to the General Plan previously approved for this site. In addition some of the approved design standards are to liberal and this proposal and should be further reduced e.g.2 stories max, no fill allowed above original grade, new traffic plan and EIR to address present and future conditions for existing homeowners in San Pacifico.

I don't want high buildings that will ruin views for many homes above and lower our values. Also high density means more traffic on our already crowded roads

I am opposed to the density of the project. This is one of the few areas on the entire California coast that is not completely impacted with commercial/residential development.

We are concerned about height and densities in the Ponto Beach development with a State Beach existing developments and Lakeshore Gardens already crowding the area no special variances from the City Codes should be granted.

We hope to keep the residential density, building height and other requirements to the current City Plans and City Municipal codes with no amendments granted to the developer.

I appreciate these efforts. I don't think the project should be granted special variances from standards that were specifically put into place to protect our precious coast.
