Pollution is one of the worst things that has happened to our earth.

The average American will produce about 5.91 pounds of trash and about 1.51 pounds being recycled daily! Pollution impacts the health of people because if the average American produces 5.91 pounds of trash daily, that equals 2157.15 pounds of trash per year. And the American population is 329.5 million! So that means that seven hundred ten billion seven hundred eighty million nine hundred twenty-five thousand (710,780,925,000) pounds of trash are produced each year by Americans. That is a lot!
