Our town as Ms Opal Brooks was known to report on weekly back in the day needs unity and not division. Chief Kaiser has served our community both in health and illness. No one asks to get cancer, God has his own plan for each of us but despite this horrible illness Chief Kaiser has done an excellent job and we as citizens of Jourdanton need to support rather than tear down. City Council has so many other items that their time could be devoted to rather than petty things such as this . Keep the faith Chief Kaiser, Jourdanton is behind you thru and thru!!!!!

As a long-time friend of Chief Kaiser, and someone long associated with LEO's from around the country, I think it would be a grave disservice to the community to challenge his employment in any way. A man more dedicated to his community and law enforcement is hard to imagine!

I am 74 years old have lived in four country's, seven states and twenty three city's both large and small. I have served with County Commissioners courts, state boards and city counsels and have never served with known or seen a police chief so dedicated to his or her city and its people as Eric Kaiser. Any thing to change the status of the police chief of Jourdanton Texas would be a travesty.
