By some claims, there are more than 100 million people signed up to play poker on PokerStars. The undersigned agree that it is patently unfair that PokerStars forces players to have to wait 48 hrs since their last deposit, and then in most instances an additional 3 to 10 business days to receive cash payments of winnings. The undersigned feel that this is unjust for players, especially occasional ones, that simply want to play and cash out with the same expediency offered by PokerStars during the Buy In period. The undersigned agree that this policy on the part of PokerStars is patently designed to encourage persons to continue to gamble on their site, and that in this way the practice contravenes many international laws, as well as moral codes of conduct concerning gamblers and especially those more problem gamblers. Fully aware that PokerStars is sheltered on the Isle of Man, the undersigned hereby demand of PokerStars and the Isle of Man's Gambling Supervision Commission - in accord with the Commission's own Player Protection Policies - that PokerStars be forced to immediately modify their policy so that immediate cash-out options are provided.

Simply put, everyone signing this petition agrees that PokerStars must be required to provide an immediate cash-out option for its players.
