If you like Texas Hold-em Poker then you may like the idea to sign this petition. This petition will be presented to the Mayor of Utica NY. It proposes to have a public poker session with a 25 dollar buy in. No re-buy in's are allowed. Half the proceeds will go to the winner, and the other half of the proceeds will go to the city to fix potholes in our city. No one under 18 may attend the actual event. However, we would like to hold the affair in the lobby of city hall with many, many tables for players from all over our local area to play. On the outside of city hall we can arrange to have live music/bands , vendors, bouncy house, etc...and children are welcome to be on the outside of the building. We will need as many players as possible to register to play, but first this petition must have enough signatures to even be considered by the mayor. Today is 8/19/2017.
